The Food Security-Peace Nexus No peace without food security. No Food Security without peace. A Talk by Rosanne Marchesich Rosanne Marchesich is the head of the Emergency Response and Resilience Unit at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). She is a UofG alumnus with over 20 years of work experience at the UN. In this talk, she will address the challenge of combining peacebuilding activities and food security assistance in humanitarian relief operations and development projects.

Did you know? 21 Innocent Canadians have been exonerated since 1993.  Please join us for a panel discussion in support of exonerees and to bring attention to the injustices faced by the wrongfully convicted. Special guests will be William Mullins-Johnson (exoneree), David Milgaard (exoneree), and Kent Roach (University of Toronto, Faculty of Law). The discussion will be moderated by Carolyn Yule (University of Guelph, Criminal Justice and Public Policy professor). All are welcome to attend.
