Exploring Complex Identities within a Social Justice Framework

Our own identities have a huge impact our daily experiences and our interactions in the world. This workshop will provide the opportunity for participants explore various aspects of their identities - both salient and hidden – to have a better understanding of how one's identities affect interactions with others, to develop a sense of identity within systems of power and privilege in the local and campus community, and to engage more meaningfully and improve work with students and colleagues.
