Guelph Neuroscience Student Association General Meeting

Come out to our first general meeting on Tuesday September 26th at 5:30 pm to hear about future events, meet students with an interest in neuroscience and provide feedback on what events you would like to see this year!  New members are always welcome!  Stay tuned for the location.

Relaxation and Stress Management Skills

Learn to really relax tight muscles, calm emotions, settle a busy brain, have more energy and perform better in a busy world. This 12-session program meets at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.  The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else. 

Smoothies with CSAHS-Student Alliance

Come on out and get yourself a smoothie! We will have smoothies available with protein, as well as a few different fruit flavour options to choose from! For only $2 per smoothie, we are talking about some great deals for some super yummy pick-me-ups!

Take Back the Night: Sign Making with GRCGED and WIC

Challenge the culture of violence and get your glitter on! The Guelph Resource Centre for Gender Empowerment and Diversity (GRCGED) is hosting a drop-in sign, button, & banner-making event on Thursday September 26, from noon-5pm in the University Centre courtyard, at the University of Guelph. This event is open to everyone who wants to end gendered violence and supports the annual Take Back the Night march. Explore your creativity and help increase awareness about ending violence against children and women-identified folks. *Open to everyone

Dial Down University Stress and Anxiety

Learn about the most common anxiety escalators and get proven tips and strategies that you can use to decrease stress and anxiety. This free, one-hour workshop for U of G students is provided by the Stress Management and High Performance Clinic

Child, Youth and Family Elections

Are you a Child, Youth and Family Major, interested in getting involved with the Child, Youth and Family Student Association? Come on out to our elections for the 2017-2018 academic year on Wednesday, September 20th at 5:30pm! We are still seeking two First Year representatives, and one Fourth Year representative! United Way Kick-Off BBQ

Join your fellow Gryphons for a barbecue lunch in Branion Plaza on September 18 as we kick off the University of Guelph's 2017 United Way campaign! Catch a lift in a Guelph Fire Department fire truck bucket for $10 - just $8 for students. Fill up for a good cause! Arboretum Wednesday Night Walk
