SafeTALK is an alertness training that prepares anyone, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper. The SafeTALK trainer will demonstrate the importance of suicide alertness, assist participants to identify ways people invite help, and connect them with resources to help them when they are at risk.

Join us for the launch of Re•Vision: The Centre for Art and Social Justice. The Re•Vision Centre for Art and Social Justice is a newly established social science and arts-informed research centre at the University of Guelph in the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences. Re•Vision has a mandate to use arts-informed and community engaged research methods to foster inclusive communities, well-being, equity and justice.

Come out to our first general meeting on Tuesday September 26th at 5:30 pm to hear about future events, meet students with an interest in neuroscience and provide feedback on what events you would like to see this year!  New members are always welcome!  Stay tuned for the location.

Learn to really relax tight muscles, calm emotions, settle a busy brain, have more energy and perform better in a busy world. This 12-session program meets at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.  The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else.
