Relaxation and Stress Management Skills

Learn to really relax tight muscles, decrease anxiety, settle a busy brain, have more energy and perform better in a busy world. This 12-session program meets at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else.

You will have the chance to meet students who have been on Guelph’s study abroad programs, and students who are here on exchange from our partner universities.

Better Sleep Program

Learn how to decrease insomnia, fall asleep (or back to sleep) more easily, and get more energy from sleep using proven, drug-free strategies.  This five-session program meets Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. or can be taken online.  The fee is $20 for U of G students, $25 for members of USW Local 4120 and $50 for all others
