Tea for the Soul: A Mini Mindfulness Retreat might just be the support you're looking for!

Led by Victoria Fritz, a Registered Social Worker, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Facilitator trainee, future Dr. Fail (via her PhD) and self-proclaimed cat lady, this workshop will take a hands-on look at mindfulness in everyday life.

Participants will explore what mindfulness means, take a brief look at current mindfulness research and participate in some mindfulness practices. Whether you have formal experience with mindfulness or are a total newbie, all are wanted and welcome!
