Novel research space for sexuality and gender diversity

gender symbols linkedThe University of Guelph’s Sexuality and Gender Diversity Research lab provides opportunities for researchers from multiple disciplines to gather together and conduct research on sexuality, gender and individual diversity.

U of G Psychology PhD candidates Thomas Sasso and Amy Ellard-Gray developed the lab. It provides a designated space for collaborations among individuals with diverse sexual and gender identities themselves, as well as LGBTQ+ allies.

The work generated by the Sexuality and Gender Diversity Research lab uses unique perspectives from members and researchers to help fill in research gaps on the diversity of identities in Canada.
