Creating a More Inclusive Campus – Take the CSAHS IEDI Survey

As part of the commitment to fostering a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment within the college and the broader U of G community, the CSAHS EDI Committee has launched the College-wide Indigenization Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (IEDI) Climate Survey. Your unique perspectives and experiences are essential in shaping the future of our community, and all students, staff and faculty are encouraged to participate in this important initiative.
"Within every facet of our college, diversity and inclusion are the guiding principles illuminating our path toward a more equitable future. Your participation today will play a vital role in shaping our community for generations to come."
— Uwafiokun Idemudia, Dean of CSAHS
The College thrives on the contributions, commitment, passion, innovation, and involvement of all students, staff and faculty. The data collected through this survey will be instrumental in creating an environment that nurtures and recognizes these contributions. It will also guide the development of the College Equity Plan, ensuring that it reflects the needs, experiences, and aspirations of students, faculty, and staff.
Your participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. Data will be aggregated to ensure individual identities are protected.
By sharing your insights, you will directly contribute to a plan that supports a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable future for everyone in our community.
The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
