Relaxation & Stress Management Skills

Learn to relax tight muscles, calm anxiety, settle a busy brain, cope effectively and have more energy. This skills training program meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 12 sessions over six weeks.
The noon group meets in University Centre, Room 334 from 12 – 1 p.m.
The 5:30 p.m. group meets in University Centre, Room 335 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else.
