The theme of this year's conference is Diversity and Inclusive Approaches.

Today, more than ever, we need to foster a culture of inclusivity on our campus--through leadership, curriculum, teaching, learning and research. As an inclusive campus, we equally respect and value all members and contributors. We genuinely welcome diverse perspectives and encourage our students, staff, faculty, sessionals, and alumni to be active members in our endeavours. What is authentic inclusivity when it comes to teaching and learning? We must also be cognizant of the context of the University of Guelph, considering where the university is situated at the local, national and international levels, and embrace the challenges and opportunities that accompany authentic inclusivity.
