POLS prof, Tamara Small, discusses the upcoming provincial election

Submitted by ksnook on December 18, 2017 - 10:25am

Tamara SmallOntario's politics are heating up as the provincial election draws closer. Current Liberal premier, Kathleen Wynne, has had declining popularity since being elected in 2013 creating way for Patrick Brown's Progressive Conservatives to gain traction. However, Brown still remains a mystery man and Political Science professor, Dr. Tamara Small points out that because the Tories have been so cautious about showcasing their leader, "the Liberals will have an easier time defining him". With Tim Hudak leading the NDP, Small also adds, "I don't think anyone's wildly in love with any of these three. If you don't like Kathleen Wynne, what do you do?" Small focuses on internet politics in her reserach which is a largely growing yet understudied aspect of politics.
