Canan Pour-Norouz, a doctoral candidate at the University of Hildesheim and WZB Berlin Social Science Center, presents her dissertation project on the political impact of strategic litigation in Anti-Discrimination and Environmental Law in Canada and Germany. In this talk, she will share empirical findings from decades of legal mobilization towards Marriage Equality in Germany.
