Guest Speaker

Welcoming Boris Bytensky, Criminal Defence Lawyer of Bytensky Shikhman Barristers.
In this session, Boris Bytensky will discuss his experiences representing accused in bail court. He will discuss how the courts balance the presumption of innocence and community safety. In doing so, Mr. Bytensky will reflect on the main strengths of our bail system, as well as opportunities for improvement.

This event is currently open to CJPP/CCJP students. Registration will become available for non-CJPP/CCJP students on October 20th.
